European nanomechanical testing meeting at SURFACE

Since six years now is the yearly September meeting in Hueckelhoven meeting place for the European Nanomechanical Testing Community. The meeting includes always live video lectures from top US or Asian researches.

Nano Metrology

SURFACE is specialized since nearly ten years in nano metrology. The major focus is done to the field of SPM. The different physical properties of thin films or bulk material with lateral resolution in the nm scale are measured with instruments from SURFACE. As a distributor for advanced nanometrology systems and components as well as AFM‘s in different sizes is SURFACE working in several European countries.

Since 1998 a fully equipped nanoLab works as application and service laboratory for nearly all materials – from steel to biological samples.
